FITNIS
Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms apply when you use Fitnis, the live group fitness program provided to you through your employer or another client company. By signing in, you agree to them. Your company's agreement with Fitnis may add further terms.
Your health comes first
- Fitnis classes are physical exercise. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, injury or are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.
- Work at your own pace, stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and make sure your space is clear and safe.
- Fitnis gives general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Heart-rate, points and form tips are estimates and may be inaccurate.
- Taking part is voluntary. You exercise at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.
Your account
- Use your own account and keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure.
- Your company decides who may join. If you leave the company or your company stops using Fitnis, your access may end.
Respectful use
- Be respectful in live classes: no harassment, offensive content or sharing of other people's video, images or information.
- Don't record classes, try to get into other people's accounts or company data, or disrupt the service.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
The service
- We work to keep Fitnis running well, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change.
- Fitnis, its content and its software belong to Fitnis. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service.
- To the extent the law allows, Fitnis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who can see it.
